Los Angeles Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani hit a house run for the ages in Sunday’s showdown in opposition to the Boston Purple Sox at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, Calif.
Ohtani led off the underside of the fifth inning with a mammoth blast in opposition to Purple Sox starter Kutter Crawford which gave the Dodgers a 6-2 lead. The house run went 473 toes into the right-field seats — the second-longest homer in Dodger Stadium historical past.
