Oak View Group CEO Tim Leiweke stated that his firm is now budgeting $10 billion for a possible resort, gaming, and leisure district in Las Vegas after initially laying out $3 billion.
The group is hoping to construct a facility that may entice an NBA growth group.
OVG led the $1.15 billion rebuild of Local weather Pledge Enviornment in Seattle, which can be seen as a frontrunner for a future NBA growth group.
“It helps whenever you stroll right into a room and say to them, ‘I don’t want your cash,’” Leiweke stated.
