Percy received medals in discus and hammer on the Commonwealth Youth Video games in 2011 and was runner-up within the European Underneath-20 Championships in 2013. He has gone on to compete within the World Championships twice, the European Champs and Commonwealth Video games, putting fifth within the latter in 2022, however Paris could be his first Olympics.
