Manuel Torres excited to put on show for home fans

MEXICO CITY – Manuel Torres vows to placed on a present in entrance of his residence followers.

Mexico’s Torres (14-2 MMA, 2-0 UFC) meets Chris Duncan (11-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC) in a light-weight bout which opens up Saturday’s UFC Struggle Night time 237 (ESPN+) principal card at Mexico Metropolis Area.

Torres will look to proceed driving the momentum from his viral elbow knockout of Nikolas Motta this previous June.

“I’m actually happy with myself, due to the arduous work, I’m right here preventing for the UFC,” Torres informed MMA Junkie and different reporters via an interpreter at Wednesday’s media day. “Once more, it’s in Mexico with my folks, so after all I’m excited, and I’m going to make a spectacular battle.”
