Novice boxing returns this March 11 to the Yesterday Leisure Heart, in Turmero, Aragua, to have fun the Gilberto Mendoza Pageant in its seventh version.
Novice fighters from Lara, Guárico, Carabobo and Aragua states will step into the ring for a sporting occasion that may commemorate the legacy of the President Emeritus of the World Boxing Affiliation, Gilberto Mendoza, seven years after his bodily departure.
The occasion, which incorporates 20 bouts, can be endorsed by the WBA, an ally of the Pageant since its genesis.
The delegations are anticipated to reach on the afternoon of Friday, March 10, when the technical assembly can be held. A mass in honor of Gilberto Mendoza can be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, and the sporting actions will start after 12 midday.
The organizers will maintain a press convention on Thursday, March 9, beginning at 11:00 am, on the Yesterday Leisure Heart.
