Dallas Mavericks rookie middle Dereck Vigorous II was cleared of getting a critical neck harm, after leaving Recreation 3 of the Western Convention Finals early. Vigorous’s standing for Recreation 4 of the sequence on Tuesday is unclear at this level.
Vigorous was injured throughout a collision with Karl-Anthony Cities within the first half of Recreation 3. Cities’ knee hit Vigorous at the back of the pinnacle, after the rookie middle had fallen to the ground.
Vigorous has been a key member of the Mavericks rotation all season. In 15 playoff video games, the Duke product has averaged 8.5 factors, 7.1 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 21.5 minutes per recreation off the Dallas bench.
The Mavericks took a 3-0 sequence lead over the Timberwolves on Sunday. Dallas has an opportunity to shut out the sequence at house on Tuesday.
