The Portland Path Blazers won’t renew the contracts of assistant coaches Scott Brooks or Rodney Billups, sources advised Aaron Fentress of The Oregonian.
Brooks was Chauncey Billups’ prime assistant, with Rodney Billups accountable for growth and protection.
Steve Hetzel additionally left the Blazers bench for the Nets in late April.
The group plans to fill all three positions.
