Alex de Minaur is ready to return from damage later this month on the US Open, the Australian revealed on social media on Wednesday.
The 25-year-old has not competed since Wimbledon in July, when he suffered a hip damage throughout the closing phases of his fourth-round win towards Arthur Fils. De Minaur was pressured to withdraw forward of his quarter-final conflict with Novak Djokovic and has since missed the Paris Olympics and ATP Masters 1000 occasions in Montreal and Cincinnati.
Nevertheless, De Minaur is able to compete on the US Open in New York, the place the ultimate main of the season begins on 26 August.
