F1 CEO, Stefano Domenicali stays vehemently against any new groups becoming a member of the grid.
Together with the vast majority of the groups, the previous F1 boss, has not held again on his objection to the idea of recent blood getting into the game, seemingly utilizing any excuse potential, be it logistics, security, sustainability, the purity of the game’s DNA and, after all, cash.
