Lester Quinones has been named the 2022-23 NBA G League Most Improved Participant for his play with the Santa Cruz Warriors. Quiñones is on a Two-Approach contract with the Golden State Warriors.
The award, which honors the participant who demonstrates essentially the most important enchancment through the season, was voted on by NBA G League head coaches and common managers.
In his rookie marketing campaign, Quiñones averaged 21.8 factors, 7.0 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 31 video games for the Santa Cruz Warriors. Previous to the common season, he posted averages of 17.4 factors, 4.8 rebounds and a couple of.6 throughout 2022 Showcase Cup play. The previous Memphis Tiger was named NBA G League Participant of the Week twice this season. He completed second in voting for the 2022-23 Kia NBA G League Rookie of the 12 months award.
